Welcome Our New Chief Operating Officer!
Christine Tobin was born and raised in beautiful Southern California. She graduated with a B.A in Child Development and a minor is Psychology from California State University Northridge. She went on to obtain a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and was a Reading Intervention Specialist and At-Risk Program Administrator with the Hueneme School District. She went on to pursue a career in non-profit administration and was with the Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast as the Director of Girl Scout Services where she found her passion for grant administration and has worked on several federal, state, and private grants focused on empowering girls in STEM Careers (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Lego Robotics, and Renewable Energy. Christine also worked with Project HEAL on special projects consulting and collaborating with eating disorder centers throughout the U.S. to provide adult and teen programming in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. Christine enjoys living in Dos Vientos Ranch with her husband and their 14 year- old son. She enjoys DIY home projects, interior design, event planning, hiking, traveling, zip-lining, and attending her son’s lacrosse games.
