Our generous YIS donors want to help you start building wealth for your future by funding the Dollar-A-Day Free Money Match Scholarships.
If you participate in the YIS Dollar-A-Day Challenge, you’ll have the chance to be selected for a scholarship match.
How it works:

Eligibility: All Dollar-A-Day Challenge participants are eligible.

Selection: Scholarship recipients are chosen monthly, based on their completion of YIS courses and lessons and Dollar-A-Day Quiz score.

Award: Selected students will receive a $30 USD scholarship match for one month.

Apply Monthly: You may apply each month, but you must also complete the quiz in the same month you apply.

Payment: Funds are distributed at the end of the month once all program requirements are met.
Important: To receive scholarship funds, students must have access to a PayPal or Zelle account and submit account details during the application process.

Requirements:
- Participants must be registered YIS Students: https://yis.org/yiscourse/register-as
- Students must watch/review the 6 YIS Personal Finance Lessons: https://yis.org/videos/
- Students must have an account at any financial institution and actively saving/investing.
- Students must complete the Dollar-A-Day Challenge Quiz: (Please use complete First Name & Last Name in Kahoot)
- Kahoot Quiz: https://kahoot.it/challenge/01896684
- Students must apply for the Dollar-A-Day Challenge after completing the Quiz.
- Students must have access to a PayPal or Zelle account in order to receive scholarship funds.

Apply:
- Student must complete the self-certifying Dollar-A-Day Challenge application below. Application will be accepted on a monthly basis (August, 2025-May 2026).
