Congratulations to Young Investors Society Community Champion, Aditi!
Aditi T, a freshman at Lake Norman Charter in North Carolina, demonstrated outstanding leadership this Holiday Season by organizing a holiday food collection fundraiser in support of 1CAN, a 100-percent volunteer-run organization serving Cabarrus County, North Carolina. 1CAN operates blessing boxes filled with food and hygiene items, allowing community members to take what they need without forms or qualification requirements.
Through outreach to her school and local community, Aditi successfully raised 150 dollars, which translated into approximately 200 pounds of food to support families in need. Since 2025, she has also volunteered regularly with 1CAN, assisting at biweekly packing events and helping keep the blessing boxes stocked. Her continued dedication highlights how consistent, community-driven efforts can create meaningful and lasting impact.
